72-hours prior to your departure date, you will need to complete the Customs Declaration form on Honduran government website. Scan the QR code or click on the URL which will take you directly to the online forms.

Customs Declaration: It is extremely important to take a screen shot or print the QR code that is generated when you click the “register” button. This code is sometimes requested by the airline in the USA and is required for customs at the airport in Honduras. One declaration form can be completed per family.
