72-hours prior to your departure date, you will need to complete the PreCheck and the Customs Declaration forms on Honduran government websites. Scan the QR codes or click on the URLs which will take you directly to the online forms.

You can change both online forms to English.

 

PreCheck: Note you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF file for the Precheck Form.

Customs Declaration: It is extremely important to take a screen shot or print the QR code that is generated when you click the “register” button. This code is sometimes requested by the airline in the USA and is required for customs at the airport in Honduras. One declaration form can be completed per family.
